I recently had the pleasure of dining at Istanbul Restaurant in Vancouver, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. The food was absolutely fresh and bursting with flavour. What truly sets Istanbul Restaurant apart is the balance of quality and price. The meals are reasonably priced, especially considering the high quality and generous portions. Without a doubt, this is the best Turkish restaurant in Vancouver. Whether you're a fan of Turkish food or looking to try it for the first time, Istanbul Restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the ONLY place in Vancouver that is so close to authentic Turkish Donair. The meat is extremely tender and very well cut. The yogurt feels like and tastes like it’s homemade which I’m quite sure it is! Professional service just like what Turkish customs are all about. Good/Big space for big family as well as good street parking! Out of 15+ years I have been in Vancouver and lived in Turkey, unlike any other Turkish restaurants in Vancouver, finally a location that nailed the food perfectly and authentically! I’m beyond excited and can’t wait to bring many more friends here ❤️🙌

It was my first time trying Turkish food and I totally fell in love with it!! The appetizer eggplant salad was very unique and refreshing. The chicken kebab was sooo tasty and I liked the spiced rice and the bread a lot. And the dessert Sekerpare and Baklava were a perfect choice to finish my experience at this restaurant! I will definitely come back 🙂
